- Added update check
The new version will not be considered the latest within 4 hours of its release. It also works with the new update. api.spigotmc.org updated every ~4 hours. Only after ~4 hours after the update, a message will be written about the new version!
- Added the ability to change the restart sound
- Changed the plugin's perms system
- Added the ability to change the output of the /restarter reload command
- Changing the plugin code
