If you can add a permission to control whether the wolf can be summoned
This allows the player to do quests to get it

After testing this on a 1.18.1 Purpur server, I can confirm that the plugin works, but with some bugs. It seems that the wolf won't teleport with me if I do /tpr (teleport random). Unfortunately, as much as I would love for my players to have a wolf at spawn, I can't use this plugin in it's current state.

This plugins disclaimer got a 5/5 from me. Havent ever actually used it in my life, just downloaded it because I thought that meme of a disclaimer deserved 5 stars.
