After doing some trouble shooting to get java 11, it works amazing!!! Thanks for making it and bearing with me to get a java version that works with it. One improvement would be like in the minecraft /give thing where it gives you the options, instead of having to check and then input them. Besides that, great plugin!

Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you managed to sort out the issues with your Java installation. If I update this plugin in the future I'll certainly consider adding autocompletion.

It doesn't run when i launch the server. I check the plugins that are running and it isn't one of them. I have tried several ways to try and fix it and none work. If it worked I would probably rate a 5 because if it works it is awesome but it doesn't run.

Are you running an outdated version of Java? This error should only occur if you're running a version older than 11.
You can check what version you have installed by running "java -version" without quotes in a terminal/command prompt window. I can also see that you're running Paper rather than Spigot, which may work but is not tested.
