The idea of this plugin is amazing and the quality is pretty good. What makes it so bad is the dev team behind it. To start off, the support for this plugin is there, but unfortunately not very good. The staff team in general is just straight up rude most of the time, ESPECIALLY if you're unverified. I get that piracy is a big thing but treating an unverified customer like shit really doesn't make sense. (They do this a LOT in their discord)
At one point the owner/lead dev told me he wasn't going to help me with my problem even after I told him my server owner was going to verify me. He said for my owner to go to him about the problem himself instead of helping me. So I ended up having to buy this plugin myself.
This plugin is extremely locked down. The API usage is on a pretty much no-longer used website and is pretty bare bones. The plugin's code is obfuscated which is fair, it's a paid plugin. But the fact that almost nothing can be done through the API and there isn't a whole lot of customizability is just crazy to me.
This is kind of random and out of place but I felt i needed to add that my ticket hasn't been replied to since 10/20. It is currently 11/5.
The last thing I need to comment about is the bugs that just constantly happen with each release. No seriously, look at the last 4 released versions from the time of this post, they are all bug fixes caused by the developer not properly testing? With each new version something new breaks. If this were a free plugin I would not be mad at all, but for $10 can't you at least test to see what you changed works properly?
I really hope this team steps it up. You guys are getting paid for this. I know developers who work for free and have way better support than this. I know no one is perfect which is why this review is not out of anger or malice, I really just want this team to do better. If you guys actually step it up I will go ahead and change my review to 5 stars or delete it. But really, why can't we just have good support and a not-so-locked down plugin?
P.S. For anyone looking for their API here it is:

1. There's no reason for us to support those who haven't been verified. It's a waste of time because many of our resources are leaked everywhere. That's why you might feel we're tough when it comes to support. Not rude, but if you've purchased a plugin, opened a ticket, verified everything, and everything is fine, then we're good. Otherwise, we have nothing to discuss.
2. Most of the things you want to customize come from events and don't really use APIs. For example, if you want to fix an issue with ChestShop, but the problem is with ChestShop itself, not us, your choice is to dig into it. This is beyond the scope of our support, which is why we don't respond to tickets with such matters.
3. There's no 100% guarantee of safety. We are human, and humans make mistakes. Some things are not as simple as testing to avoid errors. ES supports many things, so exceptions arise, and errors in the interaction between plugins are numerous and difficult to predict.
4. If you know of developers who work for free and are better, you can request them to code a plugin similar to this one for ES instead of buying from us. We don't force anyone, but we also have lives; not everything you want can be granted.
