This is an absolutely major update. It adds in the following:
- A patch for scripts not starting up when using the velt module or any dependents of it in 0.0.4
- Makes it possible to import other scripts
- Adds in new functionality to the velt module for getting script paths
- If the return a value of a command is a string, make it send that string to the sender
- Adds in some new functionality to Velt's Storage
- Adds in a fix for stack traces with Velt, a long-time issue where you don't see which filename each part of the trace is from
- Adds in external jar support
- Implements a new sub-commands system to make subcommands easy to make
- A new /velt command with /velt info and a placeholder reload
- Splits commands, events, and scripts from the server variable in Velt

I'm hoping someone finds this update useful, since I probably will. It adds in a lot of useful new features and a long-awaited fix.
