Note: Refuses to load core module because of an untested error, will be fixed in 0.1.0

This update is another fairly important one, adding in some new functionality and also fixing a bug that has plagued Velt for a long time (Velt has been in the works for a pretty decent amount before then the initial release date)

- Command suggestions now work, and tab-completions due to, thanks to the help of a Discord user who showed me the answer was to do CraftServer.syncCommands()
- A smaller addition but there are now new options for managing itemstacks with Velt (Contributed by Gr4b5ky)
- A small but useful new module called velt-convert was added and is documented on https://velt.js.org/docs for converting to and from Java lists, arrays, and maps.
