Display the scoreboard, PlaceholderAPI and other plugin statistics on the webv1.9 - Bedrock players, table display updates, HTTPS support
Long wait, big update!
- Fix bedrock players not being listed
- Table display quality-of-life updates: in-cell bar graph, column value units, sorting direction indicator
- Support serving over HTTPS (read the wiki on Github about this)
- Also serve stats history from stats.csv and configurable other files
- Mark vanished players as offline
- Fix all-zero-valued players crashing the frontend
- Fix client not finding server behind reverse proxy
- Webpage accessibility fixes
