Hey everyone, today I have add:
/mute
/tempmute
/ban
/ban-ip (not finished so It's using bukkit ban-ip)
/unban
/unmute

Bans, mutes are stored on yml file, thereisn't any sql support!

And new messages in config.yml so you need to regen it
