- /flectonechatreload command has been added, which can only be used by admins or people with flectonechat.reload permission
- Now every command has permission. Therefore, it is now easy to prohibit any action from the player
How do I know permission? flectonechat. + command name
example: flectonechat.tell - For better understanding russia.yml has been renamed to russian.yml
If you used russia.yml before, then before installing the plugin, rename it to russian.yml and change it to "russian" in config.yml, otherwise the plugin will create an additional file - Small fixing language problems
