New features and bug fixes

- Each mob has a permission: monsterspawn.mob.MOBNAME (e.g. monsterspawn.mob.zombie).
- People who die will be placed in spectator mode (configurable).
- Mobs have leather caps so skeletons and zombies do not burn.
- A dead will appear when you die.
- Custom death messages (toggle able and configurable in config.yml)
Things fixed:
- The "action bar" spam in chat is now gone.
- General permissions problem is now fixed.
- Decreased the progress bar width.
