DynmapBannerMarkers - Create Markers by Placing Named Banners -----
This dynmap-addon allows you to create dynmap-markers by placing named BannersBlacklist banner names
Adds config option to blacklist certain words (by default "ominous") that will make banners not show up on the map if they contain a blacklisted word.
