Is there a datapack for this since i use docker to run my server and i cant get 1.17.1 spigot to work plz

By far the best Ranboo Silk Touch hands plugin! Used this on my 1.16.5 Spigot SMP server, alongside a permissions plugin to let only a couple players hold this power for fun. VisualCody also fixed a few bugs I found very quickly! 10/10

It's really good for roleplays but I'm not sure how to make it so that only one person has the affect
