This is quite a useful plugin for many servers that have just opened and they do not have a lot of resources to put a more extensive plugin in the capabilities.

Wow, it's really badly coded. Both commands share 2 kb of the same code. If the author knew how to code, they would use a generic approach instead of copy/pasting the code. Also I don't think that this plugin will be useful for anyone.
