Major changes
This update makes some major changes:
- Per kit permissions have been added
- The plugin has been updated to Java 16, this will also require J16 to be used for the server (A pre J16 version will be available on the github)
- Code has been drastically cleaned as there was significant duplicate code previously
- The colour of the kits list has been adjusted as well as an overhaul of message output.
