- Removed the setting of the speed of appearance / disappearance of titles

- Fixed some serious flaws (bugs), including errors when entering the wrong number of arguments in the team and when the player was offline.

+ Added sound of a totem explosion at the beginning and end of a check for a suspect.
(In config.yml - can be disabled).

+ Added "Event" to block the ability to pick up items when you are frozen

+ Added "Event" to block damage from other creatures during freezing

+ Added "Event" to block the movement of items in the inventory, during freezing.

+ Added the ability to enable / disable certain events in config.yml (at the very end).
