- HideWhisperedBaseChat for only hiding the base chat when whispered (HideBaseChat will now only hide it for the normal chat)

- Chat.Duration now stands for the time between the message is finished and the next will start appearing (before it instantly stopped the last message after the time even when it was not finished)
