this plugin is so good for my roleplay server but then i update my server to 1.20.1 i can't use this plugin anymore im so sad if anything that can fix this plz help me

The plugin works well in my 1.20.4 minecraft server due to the latest update it seems it fixes the issue, atm I don't have any issues but I have suggestion like add more design on it not just like a simple text and if possible to add a custom permission base chat? like for example I want default members to have &7 chat then for VIP will be &f?

Hello, I have been using the plugin for less than 1 day. It seemed perfect to me but now there are 2 reasons why I will remove the plugin:
1- hitting the text above my head breaks the stand_armor and gives you the item.
2- you cannot perform actions when writing.

I use rpgchat on my server and everything is fine except for the nametags They have a delay of about one second For example, when I run, the nametags lag behind my name It looks like something is flying behind me when I run, but it's just text (I'm not sure if other players see the lag, but I like this plugin and want it to stay on the server, but I don't like the lag)

I personally loved it, but my server hated it because it kept them from interacting with blocks. When they were chatting, it would take up the hitbox and keep them from mining/fighting mobs. If this was resolved I'd give it a 5.

This plugin is really cool, i have a question tho, it works an intended you type it apears above your head, but can it also at the same time appear in global chat normally, it only displays above head

great plugin but i am having an issue with RPG Chat players can not place, break, or interact with blocks while the message is above their heads. is there a fix?

A fantastic plugin that adds this rpg feeling to minecraft servers, as well as changing the traditional chatting system completely.
A minor problem that I had with this plugin is the lack of ability to make messages overlap each other, for example if I write 'hi' and then really quick write 'what's up' I'd need to wait until the kd for the first message passes, would really like a setting to change to immediate message swapping, other than that the plugin is really cool.

Installing this plugin somehow broke my server's chat. I was unable to send messages in game. Removing the plugin fixed it.

Its a very good plugin wish there was some kind of way to log the chats though :D

RPGchat is by far one of the best plugins i have used it awhile, its very creative and gives minecraft a whole new feel, i highly recommend trying this, its one of a kind!

Very good plugin, does it`s job flawlessly. Works with cyrillic (Tried it out on my Ukrainian server - flawlessly). Players love it. Although one might say it kinda misses one feature - with global chat set to true, the whisper function is pointless, everyone still sees everything haha. Would be great to see it actually hide everything. (Right now trying to solve this with chat management plugins, hopefully it works out)

Great plugin, could you add support for multiple lines? Because it turns out a very long message, which is unrealistic to read in a cave for example!!

Can you add player chat sound ? when players chat a message, plugin will play a sound
EX: Player A: hello my name is A
Plugin: Play sound: entity.ender_eye.death

Nice plugin for hardcore server!
I use it for my anarchy server with hardcore, it's nice because no one will see what u say (only friends and teammates!).

I really Like it and it Works on 1.17.1 paper perfect, only Thing u need to add is: the text needs to be split if there are more then just like 8 words, that a whole text with 30 words is not in just 1 line.

Plugin does not work in 1.17 :( Would love to use it. Dragged it in and restarted server, tried typing in chat to see if others could see it above me but nothing showed.

Really cool plugin. I wish I could add a "max length" option though, and maybe have the message trail off with ...

So if I type "I love bananas so much, man" but my max length is 12 as example, it shows "I love banan..."

The plugin is undoubtedly good but it is necessary to take advantage of this idea and give it the necessary support. The most notable feature that you should add is that of multiple chat channels and not just two. In addition to correcting the errors in 1.16.5 with the channel "Whispered", it does not work correctly, the hologram is displayed incorrectly or at least giving the possibility of eliminating this channel since at this moment if you eliminate it it stops working.

Works great but if you add custom channel support it would be awesome for example i use orp-chat plugin for my rp server and the text in these channels does not appear above characters. What I am trying to say is, There would be an option in the config and we could add the chat commands that we want to shown above our character there. Ex. /msg /local /me /do . Keep the great work up! and sorry for my English ;_;
