○ FEATURE

Create new bonus item with registry name , drop chance , drop amount (require permissions)
Bonus item's attributes can be modified (require permissions)
- Item's name color
- Drop chance
- Drop amount
- Registry name
- Replace current item with new item
Player can take bonus item to inventory (require permissions)
Player can delete bonus item (require permissions)
Percent player get an bonus item from list (different with drop chance per item)
Update message

○ COMMANDS

/fishing: display command hint.
/fishing browse: show list of bonus items.
/fishing create <registryName> <dropChance> <dropAmount>: create new bonus item with custom drop chance and drop amount.
/fishing reload: reload config.
/fishing version: check for plugin version.
