Fixes:

- Adjusted the way that the plugin handles the timings to improve accuracy by using the built in scheduler from bukkit.

- Fixed the recognition of the placeholder "<newplayer>" in the required messages to pick up the name of the person that joined.

- Fixed message coming through to chat before your message.

Additions:

- Added an action bar option that displays a timer for how long the player has left before they cannot receive a reward for entering the correct message.

- Changed the default setting to stop multiple rewards for one message, and also added an option to toggle that if you want to reward the player for hitting multiple options in one message.
