Changes:

Changed the way enchantments are added to items:
an enchantment can only be added to an item which already has the highest level of that enchantment (Power VI book can only be added to a bow with Power V)


Removed Infiinty II, Multishot II, Mending II, Depth Strider IV
Ancient tomes are now enchanted books
Stopped spawner mobs from dropping tome pages and ancient tomes
Added config.yml file for tome page and ancient tome drops

Bugs:

Fixed bug where the wrong book is crafted

Known bugs: visual bug when renaming items at the same time as adding an ancient tome causes no result to appear - the item is there, it just doesn't look like it is.
