ExtraFireworks 1.2.21 - Multi colored firework effects

This adds the ability to craft effects that can be colored with dyes with multiple colors by adding different dyes when crafting! (Fountain, Texts and Maps as well as custom png-based effects if it has coloring enabled)
Please note that this will only work on 1.13+ servers due to 1.12 having major limitations in the crafting system. (You can still manually create such effects with multiple colors with the commands though)
