- Added 1.18 support
- Added pre-set pitch noteblock items. When these note blocks are placed in the world, they'll have the pitch already set.
- Added command /noteblock give [level] [player] for giving noteblocks with pre-set pitch. Also includes a nifty menu for getting them.
- Added command /noteblock sethand <level> for setting note blocks in your main hand with pre-set pitch.
- Updated a bunch of dependencies to the newest versions
