Added:
- Possibility to increase earnings for people with appropriate permissions
Fixed:
- player no earnings money from woodcutter under appropriate conditions
- the opportunity to earn money by digging up wood if the event has been canceled
- the opportunity to earn money if the victim survived the death blow


I recommend to generate new config.yml file if you use old version.
