Custom Item Display
This marks quite a bit update for the plugin.
Decided to bump the version to 2.0, since this marks one of the most *stable* and biggest updates.

- General code improvements;
- Improved code stability and speed;
- Introduced custom item display (currently limited to defined slots and buttons row);
