PATCH NOTES:

• Added a new Lang.yml file value which is 'invalid-time' which is used for the below Mute command changes but also future commands and features too.
• You can now mute players for a specific time duration with '/mute <target> <time>'.
• Updated and added the option to use the placeholder '<time>' in the 'mute-sender' and 'mute-target' Lang.yml file values.
