New Permissions Better Code!
Getting back into a bit of Minecraft stuff, decided to update this for my server and wanted to share.
NEW PERMISSIONS:​
There is only one permission now: custompluginlist.admin
- allows access to /plugins <adminview / av>.
- allows access to /plugins reload.

UPDATED COMMAND LIST:​
1) /plugins adminview OR /plugins av
2) /plugins reload
