This plugin is a nice idea.

Can you give an update with permissions?

massagesound.toggle
and
massegesound.use

With this permission we can set to hear sound in world true or false.

Nice plugin, except this plugin are not detecting the player if they're on Vanish Mode or Toggled their messages, also it doesnt support Essentials Stable Build, but afterall, this Plugin is fine
