1.1.1 - filter command, update formatting
- Added a filter to the /pronouns set command. This filter can be enabled/disabled from the config, and is regex-based. If any part of a set matches, it will be rejected and admins informed. The permission `pronouns.bypass` bypasses the filter, and is given to ops by default.
- Made some internal changes to the formatting engine. (update LucyCommonLib to 1.4.1)
