The cooldown is now customizable in the config! + Reload command!

+ Added the command /ytrl so you don't have to restart the server after changes in the config.yml
+ Made it so you can change the cooldown in the config.yml
+ Added some placeholders that you can use in the messages.
New Placeholders You can only use these in this plugin!

- %Prefix% - This will display the prefix in the message
- %TimeLeft% - This will display the time left on the cooldown
