[*] Fixed a bug that was generated when changing the name of a TelePad (1.17.X versions).
[+] Added a new mechanic of an item appearing on top of the TelePad to indicate somehow the type of the TelePad, to place an item you just have to move it from your inventory to the corresponding place and it will be placed on top of the TelePad, to remove it you must use RIGHT CLICK.
[+] Added the mtp.floating-item permission to be able to use the new system.
[*] Code correction for further optimization.

Remember that the new systems such as holograms and items are subject to possible bugs, any error found has to be reported through a private message or a ticket through my discord server (https://discord.gg/nfkEAZZ).
