Bypass the slots with a permissionGroups Update

I have added a groups option for the plugin, what this does is making it possible for you and other players to bypass the slots to a specific limit. For example when you are a donator (VIP) you can bypass 10 slots over the server max slots limit. It can be what ever you want!

- Maked the config.yml more customizable.

#The amount of slots a group can bypass, please make this from low to high!

Vip+_Slots: 10
Elite_Slots: 15
Champion_Slots: 20
Staff_Slots: 25
#The permission for the groups above to bypass.

Vip+_Perm: 'bypass.vip+'
