- Added nations home teleport: /nations sethome and /nations home
- Added home-teleport-delay in config.yml to change the delay in seconds until teleportation to nation home
- Major bug fix: players' UUIDs will now be used instead of their IGN i.e. if players change their names the plugin will still recognize them
- Players can no longer create existing nations by using a capital/lowercase letter

**This version is incompatible with the older versions' .yml files, complete deletion of old .yml files is advised!**
