* Loads chunk when spawning minion.
* Resets entity when chunk loads.
* Cancels chunk unload event for legacy versions. (If Keep_Chunk_Loaded is true)
+ Added check to see if chunk is loaded before checking for redstone settings.
+ Added VersionNMSBlock class. (Gets material from block via NMS)
