Because the class EnchantmentManager was moved in the 1.17 update, some alterations had to be made in order for the plugin to continue working properly for future versions.

Besides this, the functionality to disable the fishing manipulation in certain worlds is now added to the configuration. The plugin will update an older configuration file, making it backwards compatible with the old config. (thanks @nks294 for the suggestion!)
