Harvest Crops with a right Click.

Added features:
Harvesting with a right click, where the seeds gets planted automatical.
When you harvest with right click, there is the arm swing animation and block break sound / nether warts breaking sound.
The drops are the default drops, minus one seed / Carrot/Potatoes/ Nether Warts / Cocoabeans.
No nasty seed planting anymore.

Update 1.5:
Its just an dependency change of the spigot api to 1.17 spigot api. Only on Github. 1.4 Version works perfectly in 1.17

Update 1.4:
Reworked Output-Methode and Break-Methode.
Dont use breakNaturally() anymore, now the output is realy - 1 seed / Carrot/Potatoes/ Nether Warts / cocoa beans.

If your tool has Fortune-Entchantmet- the output is the real fortune output Yeah

You can now harvest Cocoa, but it will only work if you have an axe (Netherrite, diamond or iron) equipped in the main hand.

Only works with the following:
Wheat, Carrots, Potatoes, Beetroots and Nether Warts.

McMMO-Support if needed I will add it.
