The plugin is good. It works on version 1.21. But often an icon error appears in the console. Reloading the plugin helps, but after a while the error appears again. I disabled the icon.

Server icon doesnt show! Edited the name and dropped it in the folder...........

perfect MOTD plugin. no bloat, very simple, lightweight, and to the point. one feature I would like to see added is the option to randomize the server icon, i.e. place multiple server icon images in the "server icon" folder, set an option in the config, and every time a client fetches the MOTD the server chooses a random image from the folder to display.

I really like this plugin, but, like others have said, RGB support is a fundamental feature it is missing. Makes it really easy to test new motd lines and server icons, though! Also doesn't have a bunch of (imo) unnecessary features like spoofing player counts, protocol, etc.

This plugin is just for fools. After all, you can change the MOTD and the Maximum number of players in the "server.properties" file. After all, this plugin will simply clog the server, because of which it will simply hang and take a long time to start. After all, it is not necessary to shove plugins that are not needed into the server. For example, in Essentials and EssentialsX you can create kits, but some will shove plugins to create kits.

Works okay. Works great on 1.18.2 but has a strange bug on 1.19 where the info text duplicates a lot and after a few days the plugin cant read the text file from how big it is. If you delete all of the text with #s it's works fine though. 1.19 has been out for a while I'm a bit surprised the dev hasn't fixed this yet.

Doesn't work well on 1.19. It works for a few days, but it's constantly duplicating the text in the config file and eventually it stops loading. Please fix this.

As far as I can tell, this plugin still works on 1.18.1. And it does exactly what I need it to do, which is allow me to change the server listing message without restarting the server. If that's what you need it for, this plugin is for you.

Great and very easy to use! Still works on 1.18.1 aswell, great job! The only suggestion I would have is adding the option to modify the message when hovering over the ping icon, I saw it in a plugin before, but that one sadly didn't work on 1.18 anymore

I don't know what others are talking about. This is a MOTD plugin not some animated advanced stuff. This works %100 and is the best for what it does. Simple and easy to use as well as instructions for setting a custom Minecraft icon for your server and a pre-made template for the MOTD. This plugin allows you to use Minecraft color codes for the MOTD which you normally can't do. 5/5 love

if i go test.com i got exactly "this is my MOTD"
in config.yml in motd lines

with this:

we get the same as default


you can :

Very good plugin. I recomend this plugin. You can edit your motd via in-game commands and it has a join MTD 5/5 But the sad news is that the plugin is abandoned :(

Replaces essentials, had to look over my 100+ plugins to figure out what the problem of the welcome message was, do not recommend using.

Great plugin! One suggestion would be to add the option to allow us to make random MOTDs that change every couple of minutes or each time we refresh the server list.

An excellent plugin that does what it says with enough customization to satisfy anyone! If i could request a feature it would be a recognition of the <player> command so that the login message would be even more personalized :)

Works nicely after I finally understood how to edit the text correctly with those strange symbols (thats not something from the plugin though). This plugin saved me from the original games MOTD system didnt work anymore after I installed some other stuff.

Never been able to get this to work, Currently on 2.3.6. Every time I try and edit the MOTD it either wipes it or does nothing at all?

I restart my server or reload and the config come to default but my configuration is good...

everytime I do the config and then I restart the plugin it goes back to the default config again

Good plugin for everything except the one feature I was wanting, in-game MOTD changing. I am running a 1.12 server and that feature does not work. It simply says that MOTD Line (1/2) was set to the MOTD in the config.

Amazing plugin, just a quick suggestion, you should add a `hover motd` where if we hover over the x/x players placeholder it shows a separate motd that you can set in config, same format as the other motd, just we could add more. PM me on discord @ PreciseKill#4635 for some example pictures.

Great little plugin at only 56kb! Works as advertised and is even 1.14 compatible!

The MOTD changing feature is nice, but I dont like that I am forced to have 200 as the player limit.

Really cool plugin. Sexymotd doesnt work now. Yout plugin work perfectly. If i ugly monkey and cant write right on english sorry me pleeeees.

I was using Sexymotd for about 2 years then all of a sudden I was making someones prison server and sexymotd stopped working. So i found another this one was very much suggested by some of my friends. Ended up getting it and loved it worked very well and very easy to configure.
