added new placeholders

- You can define the format and colors in the settings.yml for **each** place itself (Default currency and virtual currency)
added static title function
- Players now receive static titles on different economy actions such as **onDeposit**, **onWithdraw** and **onPay**
- You can change these in the settings.yml inlcuding disable the titles completly
- Titles will also trigger even if the target player is on a different Server (You must install **LightCore** on your proxy)
added new command `/lightcoins debug`
- Permission: `lightcoins.command.admin.debug`
- Shows system specs, current ram/tps/mspt and some database + redis informations
reworked the `/pay` command completely
added missing CoinsDepositEvent trigger in sql implementer
improved error handling
- In Future Light Series plugins will print detailed readable error messages for end users
updated paper userdev build to 1.21.5
updated LightCore to 1.0.0
