Hotfix lang files and data.yml file

This release is to replace the previous one which contained a bug where the lang files wouldn't get created properly. This made it so that a clean install of the plugin would not work.
If you already had the plugin installed prior to 1.16.52 you did not run into this issue.
I will remove the 1.16.52 release from spigot as it is faulty
