What is new?

LuckPerms is not required anymore: more details below
New Permission: home.sethome.blacklist - Players with these permission can set a home even though the world is on the blacklist
Clickable /Homes messages: Click on the Chat message to teleport to your home
Countdown messages before teleport: Send the player messages how long he have to wait

New Config:
From now on LuckPerms is no longer required. To set a home limit, you can still use groups in the config. To assign a player to a group, you have to give the player the permission "home.sethome.<group>". If a player is assigned to several groups, the group with the greatest limit will be chosen. You can add as many groups as you want.
