Adds the AutoCollect setting in the config file.
This allows items to be put directly into the player's inventory when it is set to true.
Sugar cane and Cactus have been added to the replant list. (They cannot go into players inventory)
Also, the default seconds before replant has been changed to 1 second.
(Change this in the config file)
