Before I get to the main point, I'll start with the small changes.

- Added another aliase for /clearchat.
- Changed clearchat and gamemode error/permission message.
- Neater file
- Added download link for smaller file (see bottom)
- Reduced Skript errors

I recoded the whole file, adding aliases for prefixes, permission messages and more. Many Skript errors have been reduced because of a recode. It has reduced the file size but the actual file size has been increased from the changes above. The file has been highly optimised and neatened, so it is likely more features, like commands, will be added in future updates. This update has taken a long time.
