Update to version 1.1 for 1.16.2 release
- Added more details and options to config.yml making all messages customizable!
- Setting maxWithers to 0 will disable Wither spawns unless player has op or witherspawn.bypass permission
- Updated to 1.16.2
- Previous config versions will auto update, but config delete is recommended for updated comments
