+ Fixed an issue related with the StaffChat, were players when disabling the staffchat
with /tsc with the mysql enabled, they still where chatting in staffchat.
+ Fixed an issue where the staffchat were totally bugged, now working as it should.
+ Now you can toggle the chat in older versions
+ Now you can communicate between older and newer versions with the staffchat
+ Now in the ServerManager, in the Server Status the Maximum Ram will be shown
+ Removed the Version option in the config.yml (now its automatically detected)
+ Now you can use "~" in TP Commands
+ Added the Trol Mode Status to the server manager and the Inv/Ender See
