You may have already heard that "reloading plugins is the devil, you are stupid for reloading plugins!!!".
But we know that, if you have a big server, restarting a server that has a lot of players online just to fix a small bug *hurts*, because we know that after restarting our player count will probably be slashed in half.
PlugWoman eases the pain of reloading plugins, I had way more success with reloading plugins with PlugWoman than with PlugMan, mostly because PlugWoman tries to make it as safe as possible (example: It reloads all "depend" and "softdepend" plugins that depend on the plugin that you are reloading, this fixes issues where a plugin keeps using older versions of the plugin class that are still in the classpath).
Glad it was helpful to you! I made it for that exact reason - you always bleed players when restarting, so reloading with no interruption of service is really handy.
Version: 1.4.3
Amazing plugin, works as expected, incredibly feature rich in terms of both primary features and quality of life features.
This is an incredibly useful plugin created by the incredible Developer of Redempt. It fixes all the issues of which occur while using the original PlugMan plugin. The two star review posted in the past is completely invalid.
As the author of a custom pluginloader I must give my compliments at how well PlugWoman handles the reloading of Plugins that are not JavaPlugins.
Non-JavaPlugin dependencies are reloaded just fine, and if I use PlugWoman to reload the JavaPlugin that provides the PluginLoader itself then it also reloads the Non-JavaPlugins that got loaded by it (when --no-deep is off).
Thank you for making this excellent hot-reloader!
I had never even intended it for this purpose, but I'm glad to hear it works for that!
Version: 1.3
I like my plugins like I like my life - sexist. Nice spin off PlugMan LOL! Overall can't say anything bad, seems to be useful and working well. Ty and gl with updates
One of the best plugins I have used. No longer have to reboot the server to test out a plugin or having to change a config of a plugin that doesn't have a reload. Thank you SOOO much for this plugin.
I'm very glad to hear you're finding it useful! Thank you for the review!
Version: 1.2.6
Been very useful for disabling and reloading problematic plugins on my 1.16.4 server. Saved me from many restarts when using plugins which do not have config reload functionality. I was also happy to see that it could load plugins added during runtime directly from their jar files. :blicc:
PlugWoman is not a fake version of PlugMan. PlugMan focuses on looking up and managing plugins, while PlugWoman focuses almost solely on reloading plugins safely, which is a shortcoming of PlugMan. Please consider changing or removing your review.
Version: 1.1
A good plugin!
Can you add such a command '/plug info <plugin name>' ?
It will be useful when we need to check 'plugins.yml'
And add a command named '/plug list'
It will make a plugin list, and you can click on their name to do a change(unload, reload, change config files, etc.)
Add a search command (/plug search <letter or other more things>)
