Celeste v1.6
- Updated for 1.18
- Added config settings for shooting-stars-min-height and shooting-stars-max-height
- This should make it easier for admins to adjust the height for best appearance depending on their server version
- Note that the max height is overridden if the player is within 50 blocks of the limit
