A few QoL additions have been added to this version.
The following Command has been added:

• call
  • Permission: portablehorses.call
  • usage: /ph call
  • description: will teleport your horse to you, provided it is in range and is not being ridden. (distance set in the config)

Configs options for the following have been added:

• Setting cooldown for summoning a horse.
• Disallowing summoning horse while in combat.
• Auto mount horse on summon
• Distance to allow players to call their horses from.
