Added support for using decimals in shop prices, enable it by setting the allowCents configuration key to true
Added the /slabbo unlink command to unlink the chest you're looking at.
- With this, two new permission nodes have been added
  - slabbo.unlink.self for unlinking your own chests
  - slabbo.unlink.others for unlinking other players chests
- Added the language keys error-message.general.not-a-linked-chest and message.general.not-linked-chest-owner
Added the /slabbo admin set owner_name command to set the displayed owner name for an admin shop
- Added the permission node slabbo.admin.set.owner_name for this command.
- Added the language keys success-message.general.owner-name-removed and success-message.general.owner-name-set for this command.
Added support for using Vaults built-in currency formatter, which is now enabled by default.
- To turn it off, set the new currencyFormat configuration key to Slabbo instead of Vault

Fixes

Fixed a bug where hoppers could be used for duplicating items.
Fixed a bug where the /slabbo modify note command wasn't being registered properly.
Fixed an issue where there was no differentiation between error messages for vault missing and not having an economy provider plugin.
