Features:
- Added permission system to override config values for individual players
- Implements two permission patterns:
• freecam.use.secconds.[x] - Override freecam duration
• freecam.use.distance.[x] - Override maximum distance
- Players with multiple permissions get the highest value
- Falls back to config values if no permissions are found

Added: Command Aliases (/fcam) & /fquit as separate command
