Allow players to reset or increase the 'time since rest' statistic, allowing or disallowing PhantomsSimple warning when Phantoms can spawn
Added a simple "Phantoms will spawn and attack you" warning when:
/sleeptime is run and the time since rest is >= 3
/adddays is run and the time since rest is now >= 3
In the future I will implement a better system which periodically checks each player's time since rest and alert them in a similar manner, with a config option to disable.
