Settings Menu! and Difficulties update

This was a big Project for me because adding 664 Items each was a long and boring work and adding 18 Diffuculties is a lot of work. If you find any bugs or glitches please report them via the Discord or pm, so i can fix them, because this update is very likely to include some bugs, not game breaking tho, minor bugs. Shoutout to ZenRitter for helping me with defining the Items in the Difficluties.
Settings Menu
- Fixed some minor bugs
- Added most of the Config options to the /settings Menu ingame - Added the Ability to select Difficulties in the /settings Menu
- New /settings Menu
- New 18 Difficulties
- How it Works (Difficulties) To Select a Difficulty simply click on it. You can Select Muliple Difficulties to put together their features. If you dont select any Difficulties all 664 Items and Blocks in Minecraft will be used.
- WIP Atm working on a Backpack system for Teams, which you can toggle via the settings Menu and some Additions to Game Settings and Team settings which are good to have.
- Updated Spigot Jar.
